These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w786 ("w786", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the w786 platform, including all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management services offered at w786.bid. By registering an account or placing a wager on w786, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision of this Agreement.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use w786. CNIC-based KYC verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited without recourse.
Each player is permitted one w786 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether identified by CNIC, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of accumulated winnings and bonuses.
All bonuses at w786 are subject to rollover and wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Full bonus terms are available on the Promotions page.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their w786 login credentials. w786 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to secure their account credentials. Always enable two-factor authentication.
Withdrawals from w786 require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests to payment methods not matching the account holder's verified identity will be declined. w786 processes withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 15–30 minutes for verified accounts.
Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is legally permitted in their local jurisdiction before registering and using w786. w786 does not represent or warrant that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions where players may be located.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. The w786 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. w786 enforces this requirement through mandatory CNIC-based KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds in the account will be forfeited without right of appeal or refund.
2.2 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; that you are not acting on behalf of a third party; and that participation in online gaming activities is not restricted or prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 One Account Policy. Each Player is entitled to maintain one and only one w786 Account. Registration of more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. w786 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, CNIC cross-matching, and payment method deduplication to detect duplicate accounts. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and grants w786 the right to immediately suspend the account and withhold all funds pending investigation.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your w786 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your credentials with any third party. w786 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication on their accounts immediately following registration.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect unauthorised access to your w786 Account, you must notify w786 support immediately. w786 will not be liable for any losses, winnings claimed, or transactions executed as a result of unauthorised access attributable to a Player's failure to maintain account security.
3.3 KYC Verification. w786 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: prior to processing any withdrawal; upon detection of unusual account activity; upon suspicion of fraud or money laundering; or as required by applicable regulatory standards. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account shall be deemed inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. w786 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administrative fee of Rs 500 per month to inactive accounts after providing reasonable written notice to the registered email address. If the balance falls to zero, the account may be closed.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. w786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except cryptocurrency transactions, which are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player verification tier. Current limits are displayed in the Account Cashier section at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests for KYC-verified accounts are processed as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 15 to 30 minutes; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — within 4 business hours during standard banking hours; Cryptocurrency — within 10 to 60 minutes subject to network confirmation times. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or for withdrawals subject to enhanced due diligence review.
4.4 Payment Method Matching. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified w786 Account holder. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts, payment methods registered under different names, or accounts for which ownership cannot be verified will be declined. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players.
4.5 No Third-Party Funding. Players must not fund their w786 Account using payment methods belonging to third parties. w786 reserves the right to void all wagers, reverse all winnings, and refund deposited amounts to the source payment method if third-party funding is detected, pending full investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. w786 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion in addition to these General Terms & Conditions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses issued by w786 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the sum of the bonus amount received before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example: a player receiving a Rs 10,000 bonus must wager a cumulative total of Rs 200,000 using that bonus before the resulting winnings become withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification and maintained accounts in good standing. Bonuses may not be claimed by Players who are under self-exclusion, whose accounts have been flagged for investigation, or who have been identified as using bonus abuse strategies. w786 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a Player qualifies for any bonus.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless specified otherwise, all bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue. Any unmet wagering requirement and associated bonus balance will be automatically cancelled upon expiry without notice or compensation.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse w786's bonus system — including but not limited to: wagering on low-margin bets solely to satisfy rollover requirements; coordinating bonus claims with other Players; or hedging bonus bets across multiple outcomes — constitutes bonus abuse. w786 reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, close the offending account, and withhold all accumulated balances in cases of confirmed bonus abuse.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on w786 is governed by specific game rules published within the game interface or betting market panel. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager. w786 is not liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand the applicable rules.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at w786's sole discretion. w786 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without explanation. A bet is confirmed only upon issuance of a written bet confirmation receipt visible in the Player's account history. No bet shall be considered accepted until such confirmation is issued.
6.3 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction; duplicate bet placement caused by system error; or live betting odds not updated following a material in-game event — w786 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's account. This provision applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.
6.4 System Malfunction. w786 shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from system malfunctions, technical failures, communication errors, or force majeure events that interrupt a gaming session or prevent bet placement. In cases where a bet cannot be determined due to malfunction, the stake will be refunded to the Player's account.
6.5 Sports Betting Specific Rules. All cricket, football, and other sports betting markets — including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other events — are subject to w786's Sports Betting Rules available within the sportsbook section. Settlement of sports bets follows official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. w786 does not accept liability for decisions made by governing bodies, match officials, or regulators that affect the outcome of a sporting event.
7.1 Commitment. w786 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the potential for harm associated with gambling. w786 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all Players from within their account settings. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.
7.2 Self-Assessment. If you find yourself gambling more than intended, chasing losses, gambling with money needed for essential expenses, or experiencing distress related to gambling, we strongly encourage you to use w786's self-assessment resources or to contact the responsible gaming support team.
7.3 Responsible Gaming Tools. The following tools are available to all w786 Players:
7.4 Minor Protection. Players must not allow any person under the age of 21 to access their w786 Account or use the Platform in any capacity. 8.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w786 Platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:
8.2 Consequences. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and, where appropriate, reporting of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. w786 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against Players who engage in fraudulent activity causing financial or reputational harm to the Platform.
9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the w786 Platform — including but not limited to software code, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, and written content — are the exclusive property of w786 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.
9.2 Limited Licence. w786 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from the Platform.
9.3 Game Provider Rights. Games hosted on the w786 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Those game assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licensing terms.
10.1 Data Collection. w786 collects and processes personal data from Players as described in the w786 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with that Privacy Policy.
10.2 KYC Data. Personal identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes. KYC data is not sold to third parties and is retained only for as long as required by applicable regulatory standards or as needed to resolve ongoing disputes.
10.3 Marketing Communications. By registering on w786, you may receive promotional communications via SMS or email. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by updating your account communication preferences or by contacting w786 support.
11.1 Platform Availability. w786 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and force majeure events may temporarily render the Platform unavailable. w786 shall not be liable for any loss of earnings, winnings, or opportunities resulting from such downtime.
11.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: lost profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
11.3 Cap on Liability. Without prejudice to the above, w786's total liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless w786, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law, or your fraudulent or otherwise wrongful use of the Platform.
12.1 Suspension by w786. w786 may suspend or restrict a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) the Player is suspected of engaging in prohibited activity; (b) the Player's account is subject to a KYC or fraud investigation; (c) a Player requests self-exclusion; (d) a Player's use of the Platform poses a risk to other Players, the integrity of games, or the Company; or (e) required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
12.2 Termination by Player. Players may close their w786 Account at any time by contacting w786 support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Bonus Balance will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.3 Termination by w786. w786 may terminate a Player's account permanently in cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, repeated bonus abuse, or any other material breach of this Agreement. In such cases, w786 reserves the right to withhold all funds in the account pending investigation and, where warranted, to report the matter to relevant authorities.
13.1 Right to Amend. w786 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, w786 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, including updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
13.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Continued use of the w786 Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not agree with any amendment, their sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close their account in accordance with Section 12.2.
13.3 Promotions. Specific promotion terms and conditions may be amended or withdrawn by w786 at any time without prior notice, provided that any such changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the change.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w786 is registered and holds its gaming licence. Nothing in this Agreement shall limit any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to Players under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and w786 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Player's use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting w786 customer support. w786 commits to responding to all formal written complaints within 14 business days.
14.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through w786's internal complaint process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence w786 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory authority are available upon written request to w786 support.
14.4 Language. These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
